hello~ I am not good at talking about myself or sharing, which is partly why I wanted to create this space. I currently work in people analytics and systems for an architect firm.
I have lived all over (really) but I currently live in Dallas, Texas.
Outside of work, I have a long standing interest in Japanese language (my special interest lol), I recently passed my JLPT N1 certification, reading, and games, etc. I studied and lived in Japan for a few years and I have been back a few times since. I am also a big fan of Japanese music, especially the band Spitz. I have a Lily Chou Chou tattoo. I am quick to cut people off but I am trying to be better about it.
I love to read and split my time between reading English and Japanese novels. I have recently been a big fan of russian literature and all of that jazz. please feel free to be my friend on goodreads, but I don't post any reviews because I am too shy.
my intro to coding was when I was a kid, when I would build livejournal layouts and small silly websites for fun. I recently fell into the web revival movement and was really inspired to make my own digital space and the rest is history.
as of now I am studying japanese and spanish, trying to make music videos, sashiko, refining my approach to being online, and trying to live in a way that feels meaningful.
